To my understanding, the invention relates to an electricity generating system that doesn't use gasoline or diesel as its energy source. The electricity generating system disclosed by the invention comprises two air compressors and a pressure booster to compress air. The highly pressurized air discharged from the booster is used to drive a piston in a cylinder and a connecting rod in a reciprocating manner. The connecting rod in turn drives a rotor of an electric generator to generate electricity. According to Claim 2 of the patent application, the air compressors are powered by a DC power supply.
In other words, the system disclosed by the invention uses electricity to generate electricity, not to mention that the amount of electricity generated by the generator will be significantly less than the input of the DC power supply. What sense does it make to consume electricity for generating significantly less electricity?

The Dragon fountain of Paris is certainly one of the most surprising monuments found in the French capital… On this post I’m telling you a bit more about this intriguing feature partly hidden in the 13th arrondissement. A monumental fountain that refers to the energy of the water drawn from the Seine to supply the French capital.
The real name for the Dragon fountain is La danse de la fontaine émergente (Dance of the emerging fountain). It was designed by French-Chinese artist Chen Zhen (1955-2000) on the site of a former water-control facility (the Seine is not far at all from the square!). The water-production plant was rebuilt underground in 1994 to filter non-drinkable water from the Seine for the supply of the city’s parks and the streets’ piping system.
