Dear colleagues,

I'm preparing my tax declaration. This basically means I'm filling out a large Excel table while printing the document I need for each individual entry.

These are the steps:

1. I right click on the file I want to print, in the context menu that appears I click on print (obviously).
2. I re-open my excel table and continue to enter data while the documents are being printed.

I'm preparing my tax declaration. This basically means I'm filling out a large Excel table while printing the document I need for each individual entry.

These are the steps:

1. I right click on the file I want to print, in the context menu that appears I click on print (obviously).
2. I re-open my excel table and continue to enter data while the documents are being printed.

The problem is that during printing a small icon appears in the right corner of the task bar (a Win7 windows showing devices and printers). At this moment, the Excel window becomes inactive, my typing is answered with a "bing" sound. I have to click on the Excel window again before I can continue to type. This seems to happen once for every document I'm printing.

This is very annoying. Is there any way to make sure that windows stops losing its focus?
