Hi everyone,
I have a huge project of 130,000 words which is indeed divided in several files. Whether I try to convert file by file from .docx to .xliff, or I try to convert 10 files on the same time to get 1 .xliff file, Swordfish runs very slowly.
Indeed, even when I do the conversion file by file, it takes more than an hour to get an .xliff. The 10 files together have taken more than 13 hours...

Also, I have tried the conversion on two different computers. The problem remains the same.

Do not open the XLIFF file for converting it back to original format. Just use the option in File menu to do the conversion. By doing this you will use half the memory as the file doesn't need to be loaded.
Before converting back to original format, remove all matches from the XLIFF file (Tasks -> Remove All Matches). That will reduce the file size and help achieve a faster conversion.

Don't work with very large files. In File menu you will find options for splitting your XLIFF files and merging them again after translating.
