I can open the files, but they are shown as "write protected" (read only).
Another two people do not have that issue in their computers.
I have tried uninstalling, restarting the computer and so on, but nothing works.
A strange thing is that after I reinstall the software, I can see the files/project I had opened before I uninstalled the software.
But the list should be empty, isn't it?
(Deleting the cache shouldn't work with this, I guess)

Most probably, unlike those two other people, you use a wrong version of Passolo. For example, if you open *.tbulic16 with SDL Passolo 2018, you will end up with all segments in read-only mode.

What regards this "issue", you don't need CCleaner or registry fixing. Just right click on the item you want to remove and select 'Delete from list'

Both me and the client have no issues opening the files.
The translator is the one having problems with two of the three files. Why not with the three files?
CCleaner. She tried to "clean" the computer and updated Windows also in case the problems were there.
