In Excel for Windows you press Ctrl+J to enter ASCII 10.

In Excel for Mac ... you have to press Shift+Ctrl+Alt to insert a line break in the Find and Replace dialogue box!

(Note that in both cases you will only see a white space in the dialogue box.)

All spaces are replaced.

So one has to replace normal spaces with a unique character first.
