The price is ok for a 14 inch screen and a non-ebay vendor.
1 -- Battery. There is no clear statement about the battery, though. "Der Akku ist neuwertig" means, that it is not new. You might be frustrated because the capacity might be rather low.
2 -- 1366 x 768 Pixel. The vertical resolution is somewhat low.

Endre Both ஜெர்மணி Local time: 21:28 ஆங்கிலம் - ஜெர்மன் Lenovo T series is a great choice | Apr 28, 2017 |
A used Lenovo T series notebook (preferably with some initial warranty as provided in your link) is a great choice for low-budget professional use. The T4x0 is a good size, though if you don't carry it around much, you could consider the T5x0 with its larger display (less relevant if you attach an external monitor as you should).

The price is great, too (though you could always check past sells on Ebay, which is full of used pro notebooks, to get a feel for the market.
You should exchange the mechanical hard drive for an SSD (to be had at < 100€) before putting the notebook into use, and schedule a RAM upgrade to at least 8 GB soon.

Thanks, Endre! I guess, the offered Notebook will have to be enough as I cannot spend more than those 200-250 bucks at the Moment (do you know these times when you think you finally have more financial freedom and then of course all kind of things start breaking down, car, washing machine, computers.....?)

If you don't need Windows, you could consider buying one of these nice Chromebooks. I have very good experiences with them.
Prices start at 230 Euro.

Thanks again for your replies!
I will stick to Windows, don't want to bother with a new system now

just another question: isn't it advisable to use an external keyboard (something ergonomical) as well?

As far as I know, there are no CAT tools for ChromeOS. However, you can of course use any online CAT system in the Chrome browser (e.g. Across, Wordfast Anywhere (on days that it's online)).

Rolf Keller ஜெர்மணி Local time: 21:28 ஆங்கிலம் - ஜெர்மன் SSD write endurance | Apr 28, 2017 |
The SSD is rather small, the remaining components are suffient. Anyway run an SSD test tool from the SSD manufacturer. As the SSD has been used for several years in a way unknown to you, its Write Endurance might be a problem.

Hi,
I have ordered this one now, a bit more expensive, but I thought this really might make a difference, also with Windows 10and the bigger (or larger? I don't know) SSD.
To lease or not to lease... | Apr 29, 2017 |
A colleague recently mentioned that she leases all her hardware as you are then able to afford top-notch products at an affordable monthly amount. The advantage of this is you can offset the leasing amount every month, whereas when you buy new hardware this has to be offset over a number of years. It sounds like an interesting concept.

On a new machine you have at least a year guaranty. In your case I would rent a machine or pay in installments. At least here dealers through everything at you saying buy now, pay next year.
