XTM allows to finish the task eventhough all of the segments are not confirmed 100%

Hi all,

I have an issue when all of the segments in XTM are not confirmed 100% but linguists can still set Finished to that file. Please advise if we have any settings to control that. I hope the file is only set Finished as all segments are confirmed.
