Can an outsourcer (non ProZ-member) pay into my ProZ wallet

Hello,



An outsourcer proposes a small job to me. He\'s not sure that it is possible for him to make a payment through my ProZ wallet. He thinks it is not possible as he is a non-paying member of the site. Is this true?



If he can make a payment, how does he have to proceed?
