I have the following problem:



1) I have a (former) customer who rudely stiffed me for a job I did for him.

2) He is wrong.

3) I want to have a summons to go to court served to him.

4) I need a person who lives in Madrid to serve the summons. This person must be at least 18 years of age, fill out a form in English, have it notarized, then send it by post.
