Please use bigger fonts, a lot of fonts are too small and too straining for the eyes. Our eyes are strained anyway from spending too much time in front of a screen. I would really appreciate it if you could improve on this.

Thanks!

Tanja

Agree May 16, 2003

Though I have a 21\" monitor and Opera set to 120%, the fonts in the new design could be bigger- they were in the old...

You can choose your size (among two I think). Look upside

Adjust browser May 16, 2003

You can adjust MIE at all events to enlarge fonts on screen. Ansicht - Schriftgrad etc.

Agree - want to see bigger in bigger fonts May 17, 2003

I absolutely agree and can\'t wait to see it in bigger fonts.

I use IE and my setting shows that the font is always in a minimum size. I know that I can change it for larger size, so I do - only when I come here.

I don\'t have a problem at all when I go to other sites. Among the sites that I often visit, only proz.com makes me to change the font size. And when I go back to other sites again, the fonts are now too large... so I change the size to minimum

Does this kind of make sense?

See you.

Please read Claudia's comment May 17, 2003

You can have the site adjust the fonts without changing anything in your browser.

Best, Ralf

Ralf, you obviously understood what Claudia meant by \'look upside\'.

ProZ-specific font setting May 18, 2003

Hi uldis,

Please have a look at the top of this page (below the navigation area, and right on top of this thread): you will find a \"Font +/-\" link where you can set your preferred font for reading the ProZ.com forums. The site will memorise your preference - no need to adjust your browser.

Hope that\'s clear now.

Best regards, Ralf
