Dear all,

There will be some social events along with the conference in La Plata (that will take place September 11th to 13th).

On Friday evening, September 11th, the pre-conference powwow will take place. The location is yet to be determined, but feel free to sign-up for this powwow to help us get a better idea of how many people will attend and organize the venue accordingly.

There will be some social events along with the conference in La Plata (that will take place September 11th to 13th).

On Saturday evening, September 12th, after the first day of the conference, the traditional networking evening will take place. For the 10th anniversary of ProZ.com, this evening will be a Gala Dinner. Dress code is not formal (meaning no need to bring your tuxedos and long dresses) but the venue of the dinner is quite fancy, so we're not talking jeans and trainers neither - something in between will be fine. Do not hesitate to ask for any doubts.

Dear all,

The price of the Gala Dinner that will take place on Saturday evening during the conference is now announced - 36 USD, or 140 ARS.

It is extremely important that we know before September 7th if you will be attending the dinner as the room for the dinner will vary depending on the number of attendees and we have to communicate this to the hotel, for obvious logistical and organizational reasons.
