Invia fattura proforma per il pagamento anticipato. Quando lavoravo in azienda c'era un fornitore tedesco che all'ordine (prima di spedire) richiedeva il bonifico, inviava fattura (proforma invoice) specificando il motivo, lascia perdere ii 20 milioni di dollari che ovviamente sono sospetti, ma per le cifre solite dei traduttori, non vedo il problema, basta fare la fattura giustificativa.
