Can you preload MT matches?

I use the MT service very often but it takes a long time to load for every segment. So after I move to the next segment, I have to "wait" for the MT to load (obtain translation from server), sometimes a long time. Is it possible to preload all these matches beforehand, when the project is created? Instead of having to wait for each segment individually.

Via the context menu in the pane of your preferred MT engine you can create a TMX memory (e.g. at night).
