Big screens, many mouse miles ...
In the Keyboard Maestro forum I read about Menuwhere. Since I already use 2 apps of them, I decided to test the app. And guess what, it allows me to pop up the menu's anywhere. (So Menu-anywhere probably would have been a better name.)
It also works with Java apps like CafeTran Espresso. Nice!
BTW: You can configure the menus that are displayed (for 'beter overzicht', as we say in Holland).

Didn't work at first either
May 26, 2022
I assumed that it was because of my iMac, that's why I didn't mention it.
Got this reply from support:
Hans:
Very strange…can you test Menuwhere in a new user account and let me know if it works there?
-rob.
My reply:
Thanks for your advice!
I’ve indeed created a new user account and downloaded Menuwhere again. I’ve installed the new DMG and guess what: Menuwhere worked there.
So I restarted the iMac and logged in to my Work account. Menuwhere had the same Prefs, but once I changed back to the default command CMD+Right Mouse click … the app worked.
Nice!!!
I’ll evaluate it some more and I’ll probably buy it.

I've taken out some menus in CafeTran Espresso that I don't need to access via the context menu:
