Diploma Translation from English into Italian

I have an English diploma issued in the United States to be translated into Italian for someone to go to college in Italy good there are only two sentences to be translated.

The candidate must be able to receive payments through Payoneer (preferred) or PayPal.

I am also trying to use this as an opportunity to build a team for these two languages for future projects.
