4. FMS должна иметь модульную структуру и быть наращиваемой в зависимости от количества абонентов и объема CDR-записей.
5. Система должна поддерживать централизованное управление.

1. The FMS must support the architecture of the MegaFon regional companies’ equipment.
2. The system must be able to get data from SS7 and commutation equipment as well as from the repository of APK “January”.
3. The system must be able to interact with IBS “Peter-Service” as well as with APK “January” to get subscriber billing information.
4. The FMS must have a modular structure and be scalable according to the number of subscribers and volume of the CDR records.
5. The system must support centralized management.
