Bio
In the past 25 years, I have translated from Tamil to English & English to Tamil many important papers dealing with constitutional issues and of public interest. Subject matters include law, urban & rural development, literature, culture, social issues, scientific essays, etc.




I hold post graduate degrees in Eng. Litt., Social Sciences, Economics and Public Administration. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemistry, Physics & Maths).
I have been an orator in Tamil during school and college days winning prizes at district, university and state levels.
I write poetry in Tamil & English.
I have been speech writer (in English & Tamil) to two ministers of Govt. of India for around four years.
Letters written by members of Parliament to Prime Minister of India in Tamil requesting for declaring Tamil as a classical language was translated into English by me as requested by Delhi Tamil Sangam.
The efficiencies thus accrued help me in presenting a subject matter focussed and accurate when translating.
