Por otro lado, en el DGS (Dynamic Geometry Software) al arrastrar un punto utilizando el ratón se está modificando la posición de dicho punto (considerado como la señal luminosa en la pantalla de la computadora) y se espera que la figura en movimiento es el significado que se obtenga, modificando la percepción que se tenía de los objetos geométricos, al grado que se utilizan expresiones del tipo “movemos el cuadrado”, “el punto vuela”, etcétera.
