Esrimados, necesito traducir del castellano al inglés un diploma en el cual se otorga el Título de Licenciado en Cs. Politicas (carrera de Argentina). Sé que los terminos Licenciatura/Licenciado son algo que causan un poco de controversia, me gustaría saber qué es lo que se usa más y qué se considera correcto, obviamente.

: You would be correct in the case of Spain - and maybe Argentina. The key question is how many years of study are required in Argentina to obtain this degree.

BA in Political Science
In Europe, most BAs (Arts degrees) are 3 years long.
In Spain, they are four years long but this is to be changed to three years with the European Union regulating Education in the whole EU.
I don't really think that the number of years matters. You will not be given a Master before you do a Degree, so in this case, if you have not done a degree first then it is certainly not a Master.
I would say a
BA in Political Science or simply,
Degree in Political Science.
