disagree Sandra & Kenneth Grossman : Only insofar as any land may be disputed. Otherwise, it's state-owned land, leased for agr. purposes. No dispute.

State Land

This category is one of several (including also private, foundation land, etc) defined under the Ottoman land law of 1858. This law is still applied in Israel...It's State (formerly Ottoman Crown land).
