English to Spanish Law/Patents Insurance bankers blanket insurance (exclusions)

Esto es parte de las exclusiones de la póliza de seguros:

This insurance does not cover:
- for losses resulting wholly or partially from the wrongful act or default of any director of the insured other than those salaried, pensioned or employees of the insured, except when (...), or while acting as a member of any committee duly elected or appointed by resolution of the Board of Directors of the insured to perform specific, as distinct from general directorial acts on behalf of the insured.
