Добрый день! Подскажите, пожалуйста, как понять значение "action" в таком контексте? Это принять меры или подать иск?
If, within 60 days following notification by the other party of any infringement or unfair competition, the party which owns or possesses the senior rights to the technology allegedly subject to such infringement or unfair competition, or if such party notifies the other party that it shall not take any such action, the other party is hereby authorized to bring such action in its own name. The owner of the technology shall nevertheless provide such documentation and aid as may be reasonably requested by the other party in preparation and prosecution of any such action.
