выгодополучатель (-ли) счёта / выгодополучатель начисленых процентов
... начисленных процентов на счёт.
Термин бенефициар тоже по смыслу верен, но его устоявшееся применение - гарантии и пр. финансовые инструменты. Если говорить про депозитные счета (видимо, в договоре речь идёт о них), то корректнее будет "выгодополучатель".
