En ankerbutikk er en større forretning som inngår i et kjøpesenter. Ankerbutikken tiltrekker kunder til kjøpesenter som helhet, og kjøpesenteret planlegges derfor gjerne slik at kundene må passere div. spesialbutikker på vei til ankerbutikken.
