English term

Magistrates Court (UK)

English to Latvian Law/Patents Law (general) witness satements
What is the most precise translation into Latvian, please? In this context the Magistates Court would be in the context of Criminal court, not administrative court, not sure how to go about translation of it as the Court hierarchy is not similar between the LV and UK. Thank you.
