ruangan/tempat berwudhu

ablution=berwudhu
blocks=ruangan/tempat

English explanation

Possibly: bathing facilities.

To a native speaker this term is very awkward, but it seems to mean blocks in the sense of a group of rooms or buildings, like "cell block". Ablution normally means washing for religious reasons, but maybe it's mistakenly used here for normal bathing.

tempat mencuci

Sarana MCK

Referring to Bryan's and Hipyan's notes.

MCK = mandi cuci kakus or bathing/ablution, washing (clothes), and toilette.

"sarana MCK" is pretty common in Java.

MCK

"ablution blocks" with toilet washbasin and shower facilities are found in most caravan parks in Australia and (from Google) also in South Africa if not other English speaking countries as well.
= Sarana mandi cuci kakus.
