Terms of Hull and Spares Insurance
All required hull and spares insurance, so far as it relates to the Aircraft, will:
Additional Assureds: name the Finance Parties and the other Indemnitees as additional assureds for their respective rights and interests; and
50/50 Provision: if separate hull “all risks” and “war risks” insurances are arranged, include a 50/50 provision in accordance with market practice (AVS.103 is the current market language).

d'où il ressort clairement qu'en attendant le règlement définitif du sinistre, les ass Corps et les ass Risques de Guerre, le cas échéant, s'entendent pour avancer à l'assuré, chacun par moitié, le montant du sinistre en suspens (ou, pour parler ass, le montant de la provision pour sinistre en suspens).
