Je pense qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une greve - dans ce contexte, 'a walk-out', c'est un client potentiel qui quitte le magasin sans acheter. Je ne connais pas une expression equivalente en francais...mais il s'agit d'un potentiel client perdu .

: I partly agree - but 'fuite' implies an actual LOSS of existing customers. 'Walk-outs', however, may return the next day - the shop may have been too busy, or they might not have found what they were looking for.
