How would you say "acta de dotació" of a church? (referring specifically to a physical piece of paper, since we are talking here about a document that forms part of an archive collection). Follow the link for an example: http://www.xtec.cat/crp-baixllobregat6/homilies/C04b.htm
I thought "dotació" translated as "endowment", but that doesn't seem to work with "writ", "decree" or anything else I can think of.
