It's not spanish, it's "catalán". I'm more familiarized with "valenciano", but there are certain similarities so I don't think I'm quite off track.
In spanish it would be more or less:
"Quien bebe vino, vive bien,
quien bebe vino, bien vive,
quien vino bebe, vive bien"

Maybe "lives well" could be said in a different way... "has a good life" or something of the sort.
In spanish it would be more or less:
"Quien bebe vino, vive bien,

quien vino bebe, vive bien"
