Culture transmition
According to my European wife, who earned her M.Ed. from UVA in 1988 and her Ph.D. from Univ. of Leicester in 2001 (at the age of 53), the jargon used in education is: Transmitting of culture --versus dissemination of knowledge.
As for mere 'translation', all the other suggestions (plus few others) are correct.

Nashr in arabic is transmitting or transfering an object in another a unique setting. Nashr implies influecing also. with no context available, this expression 'cultural induction' can be considered!!
