This is the drive for a conveyor belt. Could this be a mounting axle?

Beim Biegen der Drive-Kabel und beim gewaltsamen Überstreifen der Befestigungsmutter kann die Isolierung des Kabels beschädigt werden, was zum Ausfall der Drive führen kann. Drive-Kabel an der Befestigungsachse nicht verbiegen. Mindestens 12 mm Kabel zum Ausgleich von Zug- oder Druckbelastungen zugeben.

Some more context Die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Mutter über das Motoranschlusskabel streifen und auf die Befestigungsachse schrauben.

This has to be a physical shaft or axle as opposed to an axis, right?
