думаю так: corn-ear plucking harvester - комбайн который умеет именно собрать/ отделить початки, т.е. для последующего отделения зерна кукурузы, а corn-ear and stalk harvester - это комбайн, который собирает и стебли и початки вместе, например для силоса.
