The grade of AE severity should be assessed by Investigators based on the National Cancer Institute-Common Terminology Criteria for AEs (NCI-CTCAE) v5.0 criteria. The severity of the adverse event and the CTCAE term should be recorded in the appropriate section of the AE CRF.
Note: NCI-CTCAE v5.0 will only be used to AE grading, and it will not be used to judge whether an AE is SAE.
