The grade of AE severity should be assessed by Investigators based on the National Cancer Institute-Common Terminology Criteria for AEs (NCI-CTCAE) v5.0 criteria. The severity of the adverse event and the CTCAE term should be recorded in the appropriate section of the AE CRF.
Note: NCI-CTCAE v5.0 will only be used to AE grading, and it will not be used to judge whether an AE is SAE.
Based on CTCAE v5.0, if an unlisted AE is found, its grade will be assessed as grade 1-5 referring to the following criteria:
