A qualified electrician should install a 120 V GFCI electrical outlet, within the stud framing, above the valve.
Horizontal installation within a stud cavity is shown.
This product is designed to fit within a minimum 14-1/2" (368 mm) 2x4 stud cavity.
Install a 120 V GFCI electrical outlet within the *stud framing*, above the valve.
Mount the brackets to studs or bracing between studs.
Before installing finished wall material, install structural support between the wall studs where the brackets will be mounted.
