Помогите, пожалуйста, понять предложение:
In case of delay in readiness of equipment for FAT test as per pp. 5.1 of present Contract, attributable to the Seller, the Buyer has right to claim as liquidated damages 0.25 % per week of the part of the Contract Price (excluding VAT and other taxes) which can be properly attributed to the delayed part of the Equipment (Supply).
