Hi scar999 Is this specific to a company or industry or is this just a software?
lumper usually is a "jornalero" (day laborer) helping with cargo. Maybe it applies here since proof of delivery and bill of lading are mentioned.

El problema de comprensión de lectura se debe a que en el texto fuente hay una coma después de "lumpers". Debería decir "Any lumper receipts, etc."

comprobantes / sumas / cantidades / sumas globales recibidas

Lo está equiparando con "recibos", por lo que podrían ser "comprobantes" de recibos, de dinero recibido.
