line inclination angle
Tak bym to ujął. Chodzi o kąt nachylenia linii do płaszczyzny, np. http://images.slideplayer.pl/2/826491/slides/slide_11.jpg

For example,
An included angle is the angle between two sides of a triangle. It can be any angle of the triangle, depending on its purpose. The included angle is used in proofs of geometric theorems dealing with congruent triangles. Congruent triangles are two triangles whose sides and angles are equal to each other.
The scalar (dot) product of two vectors is defined as; the product of their magnetude and the cosine of their included angle;
etc.

Crystalite's Diamond Cones are an electroplated diamond cone for use in grinding angles and cleaning up the interior lips of blown vessels or tubing. These cones have a 60 degree included angle and a sharper angle on the diamond surface.

Discussion
Similarly, a previous question spoke about lines being perpendicular or parallel (a TWO-line concept) but the question regarded równania kierunkowego (a ONE-line concept).
Here, the angle of opening is the literal translation, but I do not believe it is in common circulation. BTW, some people call the apex angle of a cone an included angle.
