Russian term

бурление и переливание в животе

Russian to English Medical Medical (general) Research article: polyneuropathy (a case study on FAP)
ощущение бурления и переливания в животе

This is one of the patient's complaints. There has to be a good way to put this in English, but it's not coming to mind. Thanks in advance for your help.

rumbling and gurgling in the abdomen

These sounds often come from the colon a.k.a. the large intestine. The term stomach is incorrect in this context. There is no "feeling" in the source term as given.
These sounds can be incredibly loud, especially after removal of part of the colon due to cancer.

A feeling of gurgling (bubbling, churning) and rolling in the stomach

Just as a suggestion. I don't believe there is an established term
