PERFORMERS

The English term “performer” normally is translated to Spanish as: “artista”, “actor” actriz”. Please see the explanation of WordReference.com that I copied for you:

Also the Diccionario de la Real Academia Española explains the meaning of “artista” in Spanish Language. Here I am copying for you:
“artista.
2. com. Persona que ejercita alguna arte bella.
3. com. Persona dotada de la virtud y disposición necesarias para alguna de las bellas artes.
4. com. Persona que actúa profesionalmente en un espectáculo teatral, cinematográfico, circense, etc., interpretando ante el público.”

But also you can see that if the performer plays a musical instrument, the translation to Spanish is: “intérprete”.

AGGREGATE

About “aggregate”, the expression: (top 20% of aggregate performers) give us the idea that we are talking of the top group of 20% of the total performers. They are the 20% better performers of the whole. (English term “top”: in Spanish : “los primeros del conjunto”, “los mejores”)

In your case, the English term “performers” is a noun, the plural of “performer”. Its more opened translation because we don’t know the activity of the performers is: “artistas” and if we know the gender, we also can say: “actores” or “actrices”. And if we know that these “performers” play musical instruments, we say: “intérpretes” or “ejecutantes”.
