I was working on a Deja Vu X project, exported the file, sent it to the client....then the software will not open again....unresponsive....
I can not open any of the files I received from the client....would an export procedure do this?
If so, can I retrieve the file somehow?
Not very familiar with Deja Vu.....

Hi Helene,
A reboot / cold restart often solves such problems with most software.
- Your antivirus software may be blocking it - An instance of DVX may be open in the background (try killing it) - Project may be corrupted (in that case try 'repair' function in DVX)

Unable to open anything..

I have tried rebooting a couple of times. Every time I try to open the software it says it's unresponsive... And it does not open... How can I repair the doc if I can't open the software? Would a reinstallation of the software do the trick? Thanks again!

Which one do you use, DVX or DVX2?
Latest build of DVX2 is 8.0.585, try a reinstallation. If it does not work then there should be something wrong in your Windows.
