Daft question. Anybody who accesses the internet on a regular basis - and I'm assuming that means everybody reading this - is contributing to the training of some AI or another, and has been doing so for many years. See more Daft question. Anybody who accesses the internet on a regular basis - and I'm assuming that means everybody reading this - is contributing to the training of some AI or another, and has been doing so for many years. Anyone who searches the web for something using google or bing, and then selects from among the results; anyone who accepts a YouTube video suggestion, or who buys (or even looks at) something recommended by Amazon, has contributed to the training of the AIs that generate those algorithms. So whether we do so knowingly, or unknowingly, we're all doing it. Every day. View the poll results » Unless someone explains to me what the scope of AI training is, I can't even begin to answer the question. But at a guess, I imagine it's the entire gamut of everything that is included in AI training. But then the next question would be "What is AI training?" Is it training yer actual AI to do things, or is it training people in how to use AI? But in a very fundamental way, my answer in any case is an echoing, resounding "No".
