I think we are working on the same job- i have been using Recharge and Recharge Reward (prize you get for recharging) for these terms.

I believe we say "top up" in Canada.

thefreedictionary.com: top up is "to add money to (a loan, bank account, etc) in order to keep it at a constant or acceptable level"
