Hindi to Gujarati: Induction Program (NAAC SSR Process Document)
Source text - Hindi Sardar Patel College of Education, located in Sardar Patel Education Campus (SPEC) managed by Tirupati Foundation Trust, Bakrol under IQAC organized Induction Program for the students on the Opening of the year on July 7, 2022: Thursday under the guidance of the Principal, Dr. Prabhas Kasra an, IQAC campus coordinator, Dr Arti Patel and program coordinator, Prof. Bhavna Bhavsar.
The verbal introduction of the guests was given by the Principal of the college, Dr. Prabhas Kasra.
Dr. Hitesh Patel, Principal, MB Patel College of Education, Vidyanagar as the Special Guest and Dr. Jitendra Patel, Associate Professor, MB Patel College of Education, Vidyanagar as the Chief Guest, Shri Ankit Gadhia, Principal, Knowledge High School, Nadiad Shri. Jashwant Gadhvi, Principal, Geeta Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Porda, were invited and present in this program.
Dr. Hitesh Patel, who was present as a special guest in this program gave an example of how a teacher can enrich his knowledge in his speech.
Dr. Jitendra Patel, who was present as the chief guest, said that language is an important medium to increase the knowledge of students.
Shri Jashwant Gadhvi in his speech discussed the qualities of a teacher and advised the students to be an excellent teacher and encouraged the students a lot.
Mr. Ankit Gadhia in his speech gave an exemplary presentation of how to serve knowledge to the students.
Through this program the trainees were exposed to the activities of B.Ed and were also encouraged to develop the qualities they should possess as teachers.
The program was conducted by Prof. Dikshita Rami and the ‘Vote of Thanks’ was delivered by Prof. Geetha Srimali.
Chairman Shri Girish Patel, Secretary Shri Shital Patel and all trustees - Jaimin Patel, Dharmesh Patel, Vikas Patel, Brijesh Patel and Bhavin Patel and Principal Dr. Prabhat Kasra congratulated all the staff and trainees for the successful organization of this program.

• આ કાર્યક્રમમાં અતિથિ વિશેષશ્રી તરીકે ડો. હિતેશ પટેલ આચાર્યશ્રી એમ .બી. પટેલ કોલેજ ઓફ એજ્યુકેશન, વિદ્યાનગર તથા મુખ્ય મેહમાન તરીકે ડો જીતેન્દ્ર પટેલ એસોસિયેટ પ્રોફેસર એમ.બી. પટેલ કોલેજ ઓફ એજ્યુકેશન, વિદ્યાનગર, શ્રી જશવંત ગઢવી આચાર્યશ્રી ગીતા માધ્યમિક વિદ્યાલય , પોરડાઅંકિત ગધિયા,આચાર્યશ્રી નોલેજ હાઇસ્કુલ,નડીઆદ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.
• આ કાર્યક્રમમાં અતિથિ વિશેષશ્રી તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત ડો. હિતેશ પટેલ સાહેબે એમના વક્તવ્યમાં શિક્ષકે પોતાના જ્ઞાનને સમૃદ્ધ કેવી રીતે બનાવવું એની ઉદાહરણ સાથે રજૂઆત કરી હતી,
• આ મુખ્ય મહેમાન તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત ડો જીતેન્દ્ર પટેલ સાહેબે કહ્યું હતુકે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના જ્ઞાનમાં વધારો કરવા માટે ભાષા એ મહત્વનું માધ્યમ છે એની વાત કરી હતી
• શ્રી જશવંત ગઢવી સાહેબે પોતાના વક્તવ્યમાં શિક્ષકના ગુણોની ચર્ચા કરી હતી અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એક ઉત્તમ શિક્ષક બનવાની વાત કરી હતી અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ખુબ જ પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યા હતા
• શ્રી અંકિત ગધિયા સાહેબે એમના વક્તવ્યમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જ્ઞાન કેવી રીતે પીરસવું તેની ઉદાહરણપૂર્વક રજૂઆત કરી હતી
• આ કાર્યક્રમ દ્વારા તાલીમાર્થીઓ બી.એડની પ્રવૃત્તિ દ્વારા વાકેફ થયા અને એમનામાં એક શિક્ષક તરીકે કેવા ગુણો હોવા જોઈએ તે વિકસાવવા માટે પણ પ્રોત્સાહન મળ્યું હતું
• આ કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન કોલેજના પ્રા દિક્ષીતા બેન રામી એ કર્યું હતું અને આભારવિધિ પ્રા ગીતાબેન શ્રીમાલીએ કરી હતી
• આ કાર્યક્રમની સફળતા માટે સંસ્થાના ચેરમેનશ્રી ગીરીશભાઈ પટેલ સાહેબ, સેક્રેટરી શ્રી શીતલભાઈ પટેલ સાહેબ અને સર્વે ટ્રસ્ટી ગણે અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા હતા

5 Years of experience in transcribing and translating the content of the languages: Gujarati. Hindi and English. Also trying my hand out at French (learned that recently). 10 years of experience in teaching, and have been dealing with various universities (state and private) in the State of Gujarat. Working with these places and people have helped enrich the writing and comprehension abilities to a good scale.7 years of experience in coaching of the competitive exams and tests like IELTS, GMA, GRE, SAT.This mixture of experiences turned me into an Academician and a trainer now. at present, serving a campus as a head, leading 7 Educational Institutes in the District of Anand, a city in Gujarat (India).Have deep interest in content writing, researching and evaluating the content, desktop research, transcribing and translating the content in the pairs I know well. I like to learn and keep growing personally, academically and professionally. Trying my hand out at earning better and growing better.
