To give one the works

This would be the polite way of saying the idiom. . To screw someone would be the slang version. I think Mustafa Er's answer is half a size too big though they all mean the same thing. . The s word I believe corresponds to "defecate" (sicmak) in Turkish, which is the case.It's bizarre that the f word is much more serious in Turkish. .
