This is a letter from a former employee who was fired from her company complaining to headquarters about the way she was mistreated:

"me dijeron que requería una asesoría, a lo que conllevaba suspensión de aumento de sueldo y asignación de acciones."

Does anyone know what she may be referring to in "asignacion de acciones" is it a change in duties or is she being assigned some "penance or homework" for having been "assessed (which is an evaluation after an infraction at work that carries penalties).
