fungi with pseudohyphae Explanation: Чётко указывается, что дрожжи и гифы - вещи несовместимые: "Yeasts are unicellular fungi that do not grow as hyphae". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypha Правильное название - pseudohyphae. "Pseudohyphae are a type of filaments that form pseudomycelia mostly in polymorphic fungi like Candida spp.". http://www.differencebetween.com/difference-between-hyphae-a... "Pseudohyphae" are distinguished from true hyphae by their method of growth, relative frailty and lack of cytoplasmic connection between the cells. Yeast can form pseudohyphae. They are the result of a sort of incomplete budding where the cells remain attached after division". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypha А вот что пишут об исследовании мазков методом микроскопии: "For identification by light microscopy, a scraping or swab of the affected area is placed on a microscope slide. A single drop of 10% potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution is then added to the specimen. The KOH dissolves the skin cells, but leaves the Candida cells intact, permitting visualization of ***pseudohyphae*** and budding yeast cells typical of many Candida species". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candidiasis Поэтому предлагаю перевести как "Fungi with pseudohyphae". Пример использования: "Fungi with pseudohyphae occlude small blood vessels producing small infarctions and microabscesses (e.g., Candida)". http://www.eric.vcu.edu/home/resources/pipc/Other/Psychiatri... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 час (2017-07-25 16:36:54 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Как вариант - yeast with with pseudohyphae. Примеры: "The presence of abundant septation and acute-angle branching should suggest the diagnosis of Aspergillus spp. or another hyaline septate mold, while ***yeasts with pseudohyphae*** should suggest Candida spp.". https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3122495/ Иногда добавляется "budding": "Direct examination of clinical material can provide rapid report to physician, and allows early initiation of appropriate treatment. ***Budding yeasts with pseudohyphae*** suspect Candida species...". http://file.scirp.org/Html/3-2260224_74695.htm |
