Law/patents because it's in a legal document; culinary, etc. nothing at all - sorry, it should say property evaluation as I wrote originally. For some reason the change didn't stick and I didn't notice when I sent the question.

As Ojinaga has pointed out, that should be storage.

agree William [Bill] Gray : I suspect this has something to do with the tiered shelving within the warehouse; not that the warehouse itself is elevated (e.g. http://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/safety/legislation/warehouse... )
