Perorations is a climax at the end of a speech. Here I would say 'epic finales', but 'climax' would possibly also work well.

agree philgoddard : I think climaxes is better. A symphony really only has one finale, unless you count the end of each movement.

I was thinking of the end of each movement, but I agree it could be confusing. So yes, I'll go with climaxes too! Thanks, Ian
