offical translations The official translation of KUHP (Directorate General of Law and Legislation, Ministry of Justice, Jakarta, 27 Feb 1982) uses both 'counterfeit' and 'forgery' as translations of 'pemalsuan'. Bab XX, 'Pemalsuan Mata Uang dan Uang Kertas' is translated as 'Counterfeit of coins, currency and bank notes', while Bab XI, 'Pemalsuan Materai dan Merek' is translated as 'Forgery of seals and marks'. Bab XXIV, 'Penggelapan' is translated as 'Embezzlement'
